Vandalism: Troopers were dispatched to Switchman Road, Middletown Township, at 4 a.m. for the report of a smashed rear window in a 2007 Mazda. A 42-year-old male from Media reportedly smashed the window of a 35-year-old’s vehicle. Police canvassed the neighborhood and located the man but the victim declined to press charges.

DUI: Interstate 95 southbound at mile marker 4.3 the driver of a Chevrolet Tahoe, Preston Bagley, 49, Chester, was charged with driving under the influence following an accident.

Vehicle theft: A 21-year-old Harleysville man reported to police his 2008 Mazda 3 had been stolen from the ramp of Interstate 476 in Marple

Identity theft: A 61-year-old man from Thornbury reported to troopers that he had his email hacked and someone attempted to deposit $179,125 to a PNC bank account. The man did not suffer any loss. If anyone has information on this incident, contact Trooper Doumbia at 484-840-1000.

Overdose: Troopers responded to the 100 block of Bishops Drive, Chester Heights, for a male overdosed in a vehicle.

DUI: Troopers responded to the Route 1 on ramp to the Media Bypass for a 2014 Mazda CX-5 that struck the guide rail just after midnight. The driver, a 64-year-old Springfield man, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Illegally operating vehicle: Troopers stopped a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado at 1:34 a.m. on Baltimore Pike at School house Lane in Concord after seeing it make multiple vehicle violations. The driver, Robert Foxworth, 38, Havertown, has an interlock license and was found to be operating a vehicle without the interlock device. He was arrested.

Drug possession: During a traffic stop on Industrial Highway in Tinicum of a 2000 Ford at 12:35 a.m. it was discover the 21-year-old male driver from Norwood was in possession of oxycodone and Xanax not prescribed to him.

Theft by deception: A 59-year-old man who lives on Brick Hill Farm Lane, Edgmont, reported wiring $650,000 in a scam. The man received an email from what he thought was his attorney giving him instructions on wiring the money for settlement on an investment property. After wiring the money he realized it was a scam and the emails did not come from his lawyer.

Theft: Troopers were called to Gradyville Auto Shop, 1405 Middletown Road, for report of catalytic convertor thefts. Three vehicles were hit: a Dodge Ram pickup and two Toyota Tacoma pick-ups.

Pickpocket: An 82-year-old Glen Mills woman was pickpocketed while shopping at Costco on Evergreen Drive in Concord. Her wallet with $100, credit and identification cards were taken. Actors attempted to use the cards, which reported fraudulent, and victim is not out any additional money.

Theft: Troopers were called to the IHOP in Concord Town Center when customers stiffed the restaurant of $70.56 and left.

Assault: Troopers responded to Coventry Lane, Chester Heights, for a spousal domestic involving verbal and physical actions. Injuries were observed on both parties, a 51-year-old female and a 49-year-old male and both were arrested and charged.

Vandalism: Troopers responded to II Brothers Pizza in Concord Township for the report a customer had kicked a door. Charges were filed against Mary Grayson, 57, Glen Mills for $498 in damage to the door.

DUI: Troopers investigating a single-car accident involving a of a 2004 Honda on Smithbridge Road in Chadds Ford. The driver was seriously injured and taken to Christina Care Hospital. Troopers charged the 40-year-old operator, David Hallberg, with suspicion of driving under the influence.

DUI: Troopers conducted a traffic stop at 2:19 a.m. on Route 202 north at Route 1 in Concord. The driver of the 2009 Nissan Rogue, Aliyah Hendrickson, 25, of Brooklyn, New York, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Retail theft: Wegman’s Glen Mills in Concord reported a retail theft in progress at 2:09 p.m. Alicia Dickerson, 38, of Middletown, Delaware, and Heather Steele, 39, Seaford, Delaware, were arrested and charged with stealing grocery items.

Missing wallet: At 2:30 p.m. a 77 year-old Havertown woman reported misplacing her wallet at the Boscov’s in Granite Run. Someone discovered the wallet and attempted to use credit cards and took $200 in cash.

DUI: While on patrol on Interstate 95 south, troopers came upon a white 2015 Jeep Cherokee blocking the center lane. Troopers found the driver, John Johnson, 26, Philadelphia, asleep over the wheel with his foot on the brake and the engine running. After several attempts to awaken Johnson, he was found to be under the influence of drugs and arrested.

Theft from vehicles: Troopers responded to Coventry Lane, Chester Heights, for theft of under $100 from vehicles.

Burglary and vandalism: On Smithbridge Road in Chester Heights, someone entered a storage shed of a 95 year-old resident, removed purple spray paint and proceeded to spray numerous explicit pictures and expletives on the surrounding sheds, golf carts, and a sign for a cancer foundation. Estimated damages were $5,000.

Theft by deception: A 24 year-old male from Old Barn Drive in Thornbury reported someone accessed his checking account and made unauthorized multiple payments of over $3,400 to Booking.com.

Assault: A third party reported a rolling domestic at North Providence and Bishop Hollow roads in Upper Providence. A female operator of a 2012 Toyota Camry was assaulting a male passenger, causing apparent minor injuries.

Criminal mischief: Troopers were dispatched to the 300 block of Wilmington Pike, Concord, where someone attempted to kick in the door of an apartment.

Retail theft: Three Dover, Delaware, residents were arrested after attempting a retail theft at the Wegman’s in Concord Township at 3:44 p.m. Among the items taken was a six-pack of Heineken, Tide, stain remover, shower cleaner, gel roller pens, a composition book, glitter cable, wireless earbuds and $129 in golden crab legs.

Scam: A 72-year-old man on Wharton Drive in Thornbury Township reported a theft of funds of $15,500 in a money transfer out of his account into another account.

Theft of items: An 80 year-old woman from Glen Mills reported someone entered her 2019 Ford Edge on Baltimore Pike and stole $40 and a used Cracker Barrel gift card.

Weapon in school: A 16-year-old boy brought a pocket knife into Garnet Valley High School.

ID theft: A 42-year-old man from Topanga, California, reported his identification stolen on Fellowship Drive in Concord. His identity was used to make purchases.
