1. What's your product range?

      Our products covered several different series, plastic bottles, glass bottles, eye dropper bottles, caps, etc.

      2. How do you control the product quality?

     we have professional QC department and strict quality inspection standard.

     3. What is the broken rate during the transport?

     Based on our more than 10 years' experience, we can control the broken rate under 0.5%.
     We handle customers' orders very carefully, the package is very safe for the transportation.

     4. How many colors are available?

     We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need.
     We will match the colors. Or we can recommend some popular colors to you.

     5. How do we track the production?

     The salesman will track it, and give the feedback to our clients timely.

     6. Can we get your free samples?

     Yes, sample free but you have to pay for the express cost.

     7. What's the normal lead time?

     For stock products, we will send goods to you in 2-5 days after we receive your payment.
     For other products, 20-35 days after the receipt of 30% T/T deposit or L/C at sight.

   8.  What is your shipping terms?
    
      For larger order,we can arrange shipment by sea, by air according to your requirements.
